Shipping policy

Once orders are placed, I will prepare your order for shipment.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

Orders are estimated to be delivered within 2-5 business days.

Orders placed after 5pm Friday will not be processed until the next business day. The moment USPS obtains your package is when delivery times begins.

Please be aware that depending on your location, delivery times will vary. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. 

Lost and Stolen Packages: The Nail Drip/The Eight28 Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are delivered to the carrier. Shipping is done via USPS. Once an order is in the hands of the postal service, all delivery inquires should be directed to the carrier. 

Damaged Packages: The Nail Drip/The Eight28 Collection is not responsible for any packages that are damaged during shipment.
